Requirements:
- Applicants should have a Grade 12 Certificate with a minimum of English 5 (60%), Mathematics 5 (60%), and Physical Science 5 (60%).
- They should have received University Acceptance with an APS of 23 (Mid-year results may be provisionally accepted if currently enrolled).
- Applicants should not be currently enrolled in or have completed previous University studies.
- They must reside in the Labour Sending area or local community and be medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk-based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye Stillwater Occupational Health Centre.
- Having distinctions in Mathematics and Physical Science is advantageous.
Applicants must participate in an interview and psychometric assessment.
Prospective candidates must attend workplace orientation and underground exposure visits during the selection process.
Applicants are expected to submit proof of residence, CV, and certified copies of ID and qualifications online.
Final placement hinges on applicants receiving an acceptance letter from the University of Johannesburg.
