- Research and Design
- Packaging Technologist
Research and Design Intern
Requirements:
- Must have completed Matric/Grade 12.
- Currently pursuing a Food Technology/Food Science qualification.
- Candidate must need workplace exposure to fulfill their Food Science/Food Technology qualification requirements.
- Completed S4 theory in Food Science or Food Technology.
- Lab experience is a plus.
Packaging Technologist Intern
Qualifications:
- Food Technology or Biotech Diploma, or currently pursuing a degree in the field.
- Packaging Diploma (IPSA) is a plus.
Fundamental understanding of:
- Packaging analysis and materials, particularly food contact packaging.
- Design, barcoding, color management, plate making, and print production.
- Project management and related processes.
- Food labeling regulations.
- HACCP standards.
- ISO and BRC standards.
- Ability to create experiments and compile reports.
- Analytical and adaptable.
