Job Goals:

  • Efficiently carry out all operational tasks at the point of sale promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy while scanning products and processing payments, including handling clubcard rewards.
  • Ensure secure handling of cash at all times.
  • Actively promote Clicks’ clubcard and enroll new clubcard members to meet participation goals.
  • Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service as a brand representative, offering a friendly and professional experience.
  • Execute and uphold merchandising and housekeeping duties in line with store standards.

  • Stay informed about products, promotions, and events to provide customers with accurate information.

Preferred: previous experience in a customer-facing position in a retail/FMCG store operations setting Education:

Necessary: Completion of Grade 12

Preferred: Attainment of at least 50% in Mathematics and English at Grade 12 level
